New Builds & Redevelopment
We implement infection control principles from design to occupancy. We review the design of your long-term care facility, provide infection control recommendations during the construction, and we inspect your facility before occupancy
Mold Remediation
We work with your certified mould remediation professionals to ensure appropriate infection control measures are taken during the remediation process. We work with you to ensure the safety of your residents
On-site Inspections
Our certified infection control expert will conduct on-site inspections of the work zone, reviewing the conditions of the implemented barriers, the workflow, debris removal, and other infection control measures
Commissioning & Pre-occupancy Sign Off
After all construction activities have been completed, our infection control professionals will inspect the completed area and will present you with a report on findings. If satisfactory, a certified professional will sign off on the space
Water Safety Plan
Residents are at a higher risk of severe disease when exposed to Legionella in your long-term care facility’s water system. We work with your engineering, and maintenance departments to help you develop a customized water safety plan that protects your staff and residents
